Job Opportunity 1: Landscape Estimator

Role: Landscape Estimator

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine landscaping requirements
- Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, and equipment based on scope of work
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate pricing
- Utilize estimating software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) for tracking project budgets and timelines
- Adjust estimates and bids based on design changes and client requests
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in landscape estimating
- Strong proficiency in estimating software
- Knowledge of local landscaping material costs and industry trends
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role: Hardscape & Irrigation Estimator
Number of Vacancies: 2
Responsibilities:
- Assess project plans for hardscaping (patios, walkways, retaining walls) and irrigation systems
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure accurate budgeting and scheduling
- Source materials, manage sub-contractor bids, and track project progress using estimating software
- Provide value engineering suggestions to stay within budget while maintaining quality
Requirements:
- 2+ years of estimating experience in hardscaping and irrigation
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Sage Estimating, Accubid)
- In-depth knowledge of hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and landscape construction
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
